Primer sells digital content only. Nothing is shipped.

How answers are delivered

• After payment, the answers are written and shown on the topic’s page on Primer, usually within two minutes. We email you a receipt, and then the answers as a PDF.
• They stay available on your account page, and you can download them as a PDF.
• If your answers haven’t appeared within 24 hours, write to support@tirukamal.com. You will get a full refund if we can’t deliver them, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
